    Dispensing

    Approved materials are weighed and dispensed in controlled areas against the batch record.

    Formulation & processing

    Granulation, blending, compression, filling or compounding follow validated batch instructions.

    In-process controls

    Critical parameters are checked during production so deviations are caught early.

    Packaging & labelling

    Primary and secondary packaging with line clearance and label reconciliation.
